Our global operations depend on robust IT infrastructure to connect customers, vendors, and employees worldwide. We're seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to assess our technology ecosystem, implement strategic solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives across our diverse business portfolio. This position is based at our silicone manufacturing facility in Weatherford, Texas. The ideal candidate brings expertise in network management, specialized software deployment (including Manufacturing Systems and Restaurant POS), cloud infrastructure, and comprehensive technical support.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceBenefits eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of employmentComprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, AD&D, Critical Illness, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability401(k) retirement savings planPaid vacation plus 9 company-observed holidaysDependent Educational Scholarship Program (eligible after 3 years of service)No highway gridlock, no hour-long crawls-just more time for the things that matter outside of workKey ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize IT infrastructure, including cloud services, cybersecurity frameworks, business applications, servers, Microsoft 365 administration, and endpoint devicesOversee unified communications systems (voice and data) across multiple global locations with emphasis on reliability and performanceManage systems administration and respond to business-critical IT issues with appropriate urgency and expertiseResearch, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantageServe as the subject matter expert for hardware lifecycle management, IT tools deployment, implementation strategies, and end-user supportEvaluate hardware, software, and service providers for network infrastructure, unified communications, and related technologiesCultivate strategic vendor relationships and manage escalation processes during service disruptions or performance degradation eventsSupport and optimize the ERP system for accounting, inventory management, production reporting, procurement, order processing, billing, and all other aspects of manufacturing operationsDevelop and enhance automation capabilities through scripting, APIs, and integration tools to streamline business processesDeliver responsive technical support to ensure system reliability and user productivityManage electronic data interchange (EDI) implementation and integration with company ERP systemsMaintain and update all company hardware assets and software applicationsCollaborate with the IT team to provide comprehensive on-site incident management, service delivery, and support across all business units; troubleshoot and resolve user requests, change management, incidents, and complex problemsQualificationsDemonstrated expertise in contemporary network technologies (SD-WAN, cloud networking, security)Hands-on approach to supporting diverse software environments, with emphasis on manufacturing systemsExceptional multitasking abilities with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersSelf-directed with proven ability to take initiative and drive resultsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesDetail-oriented with a service-focused mindset and collaborative team approachExperience with cloud infrastructure management (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworksProficiency in developing and maintaining API integrations across multiple programming languages and platformsPreferred ExperienceIBM Power Systems/AS400 experienceKnowledge of modern ERP manufacturing systems and implementation methodologies (mature Epicor CMS ERP Solution in place)Familiarity with cloud-based restaurant POS systems and digital ordering platformsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Great PlainsJMK Holdings is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
