Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Reading | HybridKyocera Document Solutions UK Group is looking for a Group Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy, innovation and technical direction across the business.Reporting to the Managing Director/General Manager, you will be responsible for technology leadership across internal systems, software development, data, information security, technical services and emerging technologies. The role will play a key part in driving innovation, supporting business growth and ensuring technology investment delivers measurable value.Key responsibilities:Lead and deliver the Group technology strategyDrive innovation across cloud, cyber security, AI, automation and digital servicesOversee internal IT systems, software development and data strategyEnsure robust technology governance, security and complianceLead technical services, pre-sales and delivery functionsManage strategic technology partners and vendorsSupport business transformation through technology-led initiativesWhat we're looking for:Significant senior technology leadership experienceStrong understanding of cyber security, infrastructure, software development and dataCommercially focused with experience aligning technology to business objectivesProven ability to lead high-performing technical teamsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsWhy join us?
