Chief Technology Officer (CTO)Location: Israel (Hybrid) | Stage: Pre-Seed StartupMissionLead the development of TalntQ's AI-native Talent Intelligence System and build a scalable, enterprise-grade technology platform that transforms talent acquisition and workforce intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the technology strategy and product architecture.Build and lead a world-class engineering team.Design scalable AI, LLM, and multi-agent systems.Deliver secure, enterprise-ready SaaS products.Partner with the CEO on product vision, customer success, fundraising, and technical due diligence.Required Skills#1 AI Systems Architecture: LLMs, AI agents, ML infrastructure, cloud-native architecture.#2 Engineering Leadership: Building teams, shipping products rapidly, and scaling engineering organizations.Strong software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, DevOps/MLOps, and data engineering.Startup mindset with a bias for execution and ownership.Nice to HaveExperience building enterprise AI or B2B SaaS platforms.Background in HRTech, TalentTech, or Workforce Intelligence.Previous startup founding or early-stage CTO experience.What You'll BuildThe world's first AI-native Talent Intelligence System—integrating cognitive, personality, and behavioral intelligence to identify, predict, deploy, and develop talent at enterprise scale.
