métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐓𝐎) for one of our leading clients in Dubai, UAE.This is a senior technology leadership role focused on strengthening IT governance, technology risk management, cybersecurity, architecture, compliance, and enterprise technology strategy. The role will also drive technology transformation and evaluate emerging technologies to support business growth and innovation.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.Identify and evaluate risks across application, network, infrastructure, and technology architectures.Analyze system designs, integrations, and configurations to identify security and operational vulnerabilities.Assess compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and industry standards, including ISO, ITGC, and ADHICS V2.Develop and prioritize mitigation strategies and corrective action plans to address identified risks.Strengthen IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and internal control frameworks.Prepare clear technology risk assessment reports and communicate findings and recommendations to Senior Management.Support internal and external IT audits, including audit planning, evidence preparation, and continuous audit readiness.Guide enterprise architecture decisions and establish appropriate technical standards.Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and blockchain, to support innovation and efficiency.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.15+ years of experience in IT risk management, technology, audit, consulting, or related areas.Strong experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, technology risk, and enterprise architecture.Strong knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards, including ISO, ITGC, and ADHICS V2.Experience in developing technology strategies and enterprise technology roadmaps.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Strong understanding of software development, cybersecurity, system architecture, and data & analytics.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to work effectively with Senior Management and cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
