Chief Technology Officer

We’re Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)The Premium Homes Ltd. (TPHL) is looking for a visionary and business-focused Chief Technology Officer to lead our next phase of technology, AI and PropTech transformation.We are not simply looking for someone who can manage developers or supervise software projects. We need a technology leader who can understand a business challenge, visualize the complete system logic and transform that vision into scalable digital solutions.Experience Requirement:Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in a relevant technology field.Proven experience in enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, PropTech, AI implementation, digital transformation or technology product development.Previous experience in a technology leadership or decision-making role will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead TPHL’s overall technology, AI and PropTech strategy.Visualize complete systems based on real business logic, operational requirements and customer journeys.Transform manual and disconnected processes into integrated, automated and data-driven systems.Lead the strategic development of ERP, CRM, Mobile App, Website, Client Portal, Construction Technology and Management Dashboards.Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, decision-making, customer experience and revenue performance.Build a connected technology ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Accounts, HR, Construction, Purchase, Inventory, Operations and Customer Service.Establish strong standards for system architecture, integration, security, data governance and scalability.Lead and guide technology teams, developers and external partners.Evaluate technology investments based on business impact, scalability, risk and ROI.Provide Management with clear updates on technology performance, risks, opportunities and future roadmaps.What We Consider Most ImportantBusiness Logic-Centric System VisualizationThe candidate must be able to understand complex business operations and visualize how the complete system should work before development begins. This is the most important requirement for the role.AI Knowledge and Implementation CapabilityMust have a proper understanding of how AI works and how AI, automation, intelligent analytics and AI agents can be implemented in real business operations.PropTech UnderstandingMust understand PropTech and the role of technology across real estate sales, customer experience, construction, property management, financial operations and after-sales services.Strategic and Execution MindsetMust be capable of turning Management’s business vision into a realistic architecture, roadmap and measurable technology outcome.Ownership and LeadershipMust take end-to-end ownership, make informed decisions, develop teams and remain accountable for results.Professional Discipline, SOP and Timeline ManagementMust be comfortable working within a structured corporate environment and committed to following official policies, approval processes, reporting protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The candidate must demonstrate strong discipline in planning, documentation and execution, with serious attention to agreed deadlines, project milestones and delivery timelines.Preferred Experience and CapabilitiesStrong experience in enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, digital transformation or technology product development.Practical understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, APIs, cybersecurity, databases and data analytics.Experience in real estate, construction, PropTech or another process-driven industry will be highly valued.Ability to communicate technical concepts through business impact, risk, cost and ROI.Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.Academic qualifications are valuable, but proven capability, vision and execution will receive greater priority.Our ExpectationWe want a CTO who can see beyond features and code someone who can understand the business deeply, connect people and processes, and build the technology foundation required to transform TPHL into a truly AI-enabled, data-driven and technology-powered real estate organization.If you believe technology should solve real business problems not just create more software we would like to hear from you.
