The organization offers opportunities to shape its technology roadmap and contribute to meaningful healthcare impact.Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution at Vedorax Meditech Pvt Ltd. On a day-to-day basis, the CTO oversees software development activities, guides architectural decisions, and ensures alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. The role includes supervising product development cycles, collaborating with product and business teams to define technical requirements, and implementing best practices for security, scalability, and performance. The CTO manages project priorities and timelines, mentors engineering teams, and establishes processes and standards for high-quality delivery. This position also involves evaluating emerging technologies, managing IT infrastructure direction, and representing the technology function in executive-level planning and stakeholder interactions.Qualifications Strong background in Software Development and Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.Demonstrated experience in IT Strategy and Project Management, including leading cross-functional initiatives and overseeing complex technology projects.Expertise in Product Development, collaborating with product, design, and business teams to deliver healthcare technology solutions from concept to launch.Proven leadership experience managing engineering or technology teams, with a focus on mentorship, performance management, and inclusive collaboration.Solid understanding of healthcare or meditech domains, regulatory considerations, data privacy, and security best practices (experience in healthcare technology is a plus).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
