The company already has technology that works. This person's job is to build the next generation of it.The CTIO will work closely with senior leadership, who stay closely involved in hires at this level, and will coordinate with the existing IT leadership function on where innovation priorities sit versus core operations.What You'll OwnSetting and driving the technology innovation agenda, distinct from day-to-day IT operationsTranslating deep hands-on technical knowledge into forward-facing strategyBringing AI capability into the business in a way that's practical, not theoreticalWorking across the company's enterprise client base to identify where technology innovation creates real valueWhat We're Looking ForA technologist who is genuinely obsessed with the craft, not just credentialed in itSomeone who can operate forward-facing and externally, not just inside a data centerA direct communicator who works well in a no-nonsense environmentComfort building innovation strategy alongside, not instead of, an existing IT leadership functionCompensationBase salary starting at $250K, plus a performance bonus. Relocation support is available, and travel across the company's regional footprint should be expected.
