You do not need to have been a CTO before but must have been responsible of the engineering strategy of a product that sits in a financial services category.SummaryI’m working with a high-growth technology startup looking to hire a CTO. The role is to lead the next phase of its engineering evolution.This is a senior leadership role with ownership of the long-term technical vision, architecture and engineering strategy. You’ll work closely with the CEO, CPO and wider leadership team to ensure the technology and engineering organisation can scale with the business.This role would suit someone who has been hands-on technically, with the code, and who has successfully grown and led a team of high-performing engineers.About the RoleYou’ll set the technical direction while enabling an established engineering team to execute with autonomy. The focus is on creating the frameworks, architecture and engineering culture that allows the team to move quickly without compromising scalability, security or quality.
