Chief Technology Officer

We’re looking for a CTO to own the full technology function at a fast-growing, profitable European fintech.This is a role for someone who can set technical direction and shape the business - balancing architecture, product, risk, regulation and commercial priorities.You’ll lead the technology organisation, build and develop the team, and help shape the next phase of international growth across Europe. We’re looking for someone who:Has operated at leadership-team level and managed senior technology leadersHas scaled a B2C fintech, lending, payments or regulated financial-services businessIs comfortable with architecture, credit decisioning, payments and international scalingMakes strong decisions in ambiguity and understands business trade-offsIs genuinely excited about AI and how it is changing products and engineeringAI is already embedded across the business, and we’re building internal tooling with frontier models.The role is based in Stockholm, with competitive salary and meaningful equity.If you’re a technology leader who wants to have real influence over both technology and the business, we’d love to hear from you.
