The app is live on iOS and Android, and the development plan for the next stage is written and ready to execute:A structured data layer: briefs, intake calls, candidate submissions, evidence-based feedbackTag-based and semantic matching of candidates and specialistsAI agents that take the admin out of recruitment: screening, summarising, drafting, follow-upsVoice and transcription for calls and interviewsMarket intelligence from aggregated, privacy-controlled hiring demand dataThe vision is simple. Human expertise plus AI, on infrastructure the region's hiring market can trust. We want to be the default way GCC companies find recruiters and senior talent.The stack Node.js, React, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Docker, WebSockets, Playwright, OIDC and passwordless sign-in, Flutter for mobile. AI layer on LLM APIs (Claude, Voyage AI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs). Direct experience with most of this is ideal.What you will doOwn architecture, roadmap and engineering hiringTake the platform from tested code to secure, scalable productionShip AI features with proper evals, cost control and guardrailsBuild data protection in from day one (UAE PDPL, DIFC, ADGM)Be the technical voice with investors for the next raiseWho you are8+ years shipping products, with team leadership experienceStrong Node.js and PostgreSQL, comfortable owning the whole stackHands-on with LLMs in production: RAG, embeddings, agents, evalsSecurity and privacy minded with sensitive personal dataMarketplace or HR Tech experience is a plusBased in Dubai, or ready to relocateAble and willing to invest in the businessAll conversations are confidential.
