Chief Technology OfficerWe're recruiting for a CTO with a growing fintech that is putting traditionally illiquid assets, starting with mortgages and private credit, on-chain. The platform is live and the regulatory groundwork is done. The founders also bring real institutional relationships. You'd lead the technical integration of a traditional lending business onto the platform, then own engineering and product going forward. This is a build-phase seat with real ownership, not a maintenance role.Title: Chief Technology Officer

Location: Fully remote in the U.S.Compensation: $250-$350K base + equity + milestone-based bonus + benefits (employer-paid individual health coverage, 401(k) match, flexible PTO)Must-Haves:Player-coach who still writes code and reviews architecture while leading a teamMortgage or lending technology background (servicing, origination, vendor ecosystem)Enough blockchain fluency to direct and review the work.

You don't need to author smart contracts.Experience leading a technical integration after an acquisitionComfortable working with legal and compliance in a regulated environmentStrong Pluses:Hands-on tokenization, custody, or digital asset experienceExperience with EVM chains or SolidityExperience leading both engineering and product teamsPrior early-stage or growth-stage fintech experienceExperience migrating legacy (Web2) systems onto a new platformCandidates must be authorized to work in the US.
