Founding CTO | London (Hybrid) | £120k–£150k + Meaningful EquityThey’re building an agentic AI platform that automates complex, document-heavy operational workflows for large enterprises in a highly regulated sector. Their platform works on top of existing legacy systems rather than replacing them, and they’re now moving from successful pilots into production deployments with some of the biggest names in their industry.The roleThis is a genuinely hands-on, founding-level leadership role. You’ll own the technical direction and architecture, lead a small, high-calibre engineering team, and be the technical voice of the business in front of enterprise customers and investors.
