Chief Technology Officer

Our client, a well-established financial services organisation headquartered in Jeddah, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology and digital transformation strategy as it embarks on an ambitious five-year growth journey.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the company's technology roadmap, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, and supporting its evolution into a technology-led financial services organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the organisation's digital and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across technology and operations.Drive the adoption of AI, automation, robotics and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.Oversee the implementation of new technology platforms and digital solutions.Build, develop and lead a high-performing technology function.Partner closely with the CEO, Executive Committee and Board to deliver strategic technology initiatives.Ensure technology, cybersecurity and business continuity frameworks support the organisation's long-term growth.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the business.QualificationsMinimum 12 years' leadership experience within technology.Minimum 5 years operating at the C Level, for example; CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Officer or equivalent executive level.Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.Experience implementing AI, automation and modern digital platforms.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technology strategy to business goals.Experience within financial services, FinTech or other regulated environments is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.If you're an accomplished digital leader looking to shape the future of a growing organisation through innovation, transformation and technology, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now to explore this confidential opportunity and make a significant impact as a Chief Technology Officer.
