قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجFOUNDING CTO / CO-FOUNDER — NEXUSFMBuild the execution rail for the built worldFacilities management is a £1.5T global industry still running on fragmented workflows, manual coordination and 30–90 day payment cycles.We're building NexusFM to change that.NexusFM turns physical maintenance work into Structured Task Units (STUs) — machine-readable units of work that can be scoped, priced, allocated, executed, verified and settled through a common infrastructure layer.The ambition is bigger than another FM SaaS platform.We're building the infrastructure through which physical work can eventually be matched, executed cleared and traded in real time.The opportunityWe're looking for an exceptional Founding CTO & Co-Founder to take NexusFM from architecture and high-fidelity prototype through live enterprise pilot and into production.This is a 0→1 role.You won't inherit a large engineering organisation or mature codebase. You'll personally shape the architecture, write code, make ruthless build-vs-buy decisions, work directly with pilot customers and recruit the first exceptional engineers around you.Your immediate challenge is deceptively simple:Take a real maintenance requirement → structure it as an STU → allocate it → execute it → verify it → settle it.Make that work beautifully in the real world first. Then scale it.What you'll ownYou'll lead the technical development of:STU protocol — the structured representation and lifecycle of physical work.Execution engine — deterministic workflows and state transitions from request through completion.Allocation & matching — matching work to capacity using competency, geography, availability, SLA and performance.Verification & trust — structured evidence, audit trails and completion integrity.Settlement infrastructure — integrating regulated payment rails so verified work can clear rapidly.Intelligence layer — applying AI where it genuinely improves scoping, allocation and operational decisions.Engineering organisation — recruiting and leading the initial high-calibre team.Who we're looking forThe most important thing is that you've built before.Ideally you've taken a meaningful product or platform from 0→1 and personally experienced the journey from an empty repository to real customers using production software.You'll still be comfortable getting into the code.We're particularly interested in people who have built in one or more of:Marketplaces • Fintech/payments • Logistics/dispatch • Transaction infrastructure • Vertical SaaS • Field operationsYou should be strong in backend/platform architecture, APIs, data modelling, stateful transactional systems and modern cloud infrastructure.But we're not looking for someone who wants to architect the perfect system before shipping it.We're looking for someone who knows the difference between what must be correct from day one and what can wait until day 1,000.Why NexusFMMassive market.
