Location: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-Time | Executive / C-SuiteAvailability: Immediate Joiner PreferredSalary: AED 15,000 per monthWorking Schedule: 8 Hours per Day | 6 Days per WeekAbout the RoleWe are a domestic worker services center group seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, digital transformation, software development, AI innovation, and IT infrastructure across our branches in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.We are a growing multi-sector organization operating in domestic worker recruitment, commercial cleaning, hospitality, and technology operations.

Our technology ecosystem includes in-house business management platforms, web and mobile applications, AI-powered solutions, omnichannel contact centers, and complex system integrations.The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to scale our technology infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, optimize operations, and drive innovation across international markets.-Key Responsibilities· Develop and execute the organization's overall technology strategy and long-term digital transformation roadmap.· Oversee software engineering, web and mobile applications, AI systems, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations.· Lead the development, enhancement, and scaling of the company's in-house CRM and business operations platform.· Manage multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, performance, and cost efficiency.· Build, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary technology teams, including software engineers, AI specialists, QA, and infrastructure professionals.· Implement AI-driven automation, intelligent assistants, document processing, and multilingual voice solutions.· Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, system reliability, and regulatory compliance across operating regions.· Manage integrations with ERP/accounting systems, payment gateways, telephony, messaging platforms, and government portals.· Collaborate with executive management on technology budgets, vendor selection, strategic investments, and business expansion.· Establish engineering standards, technical governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.-Candidate Requirements· Minimum 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including substantial experience in senior technology leadership.· Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Principal Architect, or in a comparable senior technical role.· Strong knowledge of software architecture, web and mobile development, cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, and system integrations.· Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, distributed teams, and large-scale production systems.· Practical knowledge of AI/ML, large language models (LLMs), automation, and AI-assisted software development.· Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.· Excellent leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.· Ability to balance high-level technology strategy with hands-on architectural decision-making.· Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.· Immediate availability to join is required.-Preferred Qualifications· Experience working across the Middle East, Africa, or Asia.· Knowledge of UAE data protection requirements, including applicable PDPL obligations, and regional compliance systems.· Experience with contact-center technology, IVR, telephony, WhatsApp integrations, and multilingual AI voice systems.· Background in HR-tech, recruitment platforms, ERP integrations, or regulated service industries.· Experience scaling technology operations for multi-branch or international organizations.-What We Offer· Monthly salary of AED 15,000.· Executive-level ownership of the organization's technology function.· Direct involvement in corporate strategy and international expansion.· The opportunity to build and lead a high-performing technology team.· The opportunity to develop innovative AI-powered solutions and scalable digital platforms.· A challenging leadership role with a growing international organization.-How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, highlighting their technology leadership experience, major projects, technical expertise, and availability to join.Only candidates meeting the essential technical leadership requirements and immediate joining criteria will be considered.
