• AI-powered skin and hair analysis from customer selfies
• AI Beauty Consultant
• Personalized beauty routines and recommendations
• Product and ingredient intelligence
• Before/after progress tracking
• Customer web and mobile experiences
• Arabic and English experiences with full RTL support
• Internal CRM and operational systems
• Partner commerce and product integrations
• Secure customer data and AI infrastructure
• APIs connecting products, partners and internal systemsOur objective is to build an independent, scalable technology platform capable of serving customers initially in Saudi Arabia and ultimately across international markets.Your MissionAs CTO, you will take ownership of AtheerB's entire technology and AI strategy.You will be responsible for transforming the current product direction into a secure, scalable and production-grade technology ecosystem.You will:
• Define the overall technical architecture and technology roadmap
• Lead the development of AtheerB's independent platform
• Build and manage the founding engineering team
• Establish engineering standards and development processes
• Lead backend, frontend, mobile, AI and cloud architecture
• Design scalable APIs and data infrastructure
• Build the technical foundation for AI-powered skin and hair analysis
• Develop the architecture behind personalized product and routine recommendations
• Lead LLM, multimodal AI, computer vision and AI-agent integrations
• Establish AI evaluation, monitoring and quality-control systems
• Build secure customer authentication and data-management systems
• Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring and production infrastructure
• Establish privacy-by-design and security practices
• Ensure the platform can scale across Saudi Arabia, GCC and future international markets

• High-scale consumer applicationsBeauty-tech, health-tech, computer vision, e-commerce or consumer AI experience would be highly valuable.You Must Be a BuilderWe are particularly interested in CTO candidates who are comfortable working hands-on.At this stage, we do not need someone whose role is limited to managing developers.You should be capable of reviewing architecture, writing or reviewing code, rapidly prototyping AI capabilities, troubleshooting production problems and helping the team ship.You should also understand modern AI-assisted engineering and be highly capable with AI development tools and workflows.Leadership ResponsibilitiesYou will initially help build and lead a focused technology team including:
