Chief Technology Officer - India - Social Media

Social Media is broken. We're building the reverse feed. Experience: Global tech experience preferred Must: Tier-1 Education DM directly QualificationsStrong Software Development and Product Development skills, with experience building and scaling consumer-facing or social media platforms.Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, data management, and systems integration.Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, overseeing complex technical initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.Experience leading technology organizations, including team building, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.Background in designing secure, high-availability, and high-performance systems, ideally in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Delhi, collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convert business goals into actionable technical plans.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with data analytics, personalization, or social graph technologies is a strong plus.Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, and security considerations related to social media platforms is beneficial.
