Chief UGV Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced Chief UGV Systems Architect / Project Leader to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) platforms. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in defense robotics, autonomous systems, and large-scale R&D leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UGV platform development, from concept to deployment.Design autonomous navigation, AI-based perception, obstacle avoidance, and robotic mobility systems.Oversee chassis, drivetrain, embedded software, sensor fusion, and ROS/ROS2 integration.Build and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive innovation in defense robotics.

Requirements

Ph.D. (or M.Sc. with exceptional experience) in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science (AI/Robotics), or Electrical Engineering.15+ years of UGV, robotics, or autonomous systems experience.Proven leadership in defense R&D, autonomous ground vehicles, AI/ML, SLAM, LiDAR, and robotic platforms.
