.Chief Weapon & Weapon Systems Developer

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to lead the design, development, testing, and production of advanced mechanical weapon systems.In this role, you willLead the full development cycle from concept and prototyping to testing and production.Oversee the design of machine guns, grenade launchers, remote weapon stations (RWS), turret systems, and stabilized weapon mounts.Support weapon system integration on armored vehicles, robotic platforms, naval systems, and fixed installations.Build engineering standards, manufacturing processes, and test procedures.Lead prototype development, qualification testing, and production readiness.We’re looking for someone wit15+ years of experience in weapon systems design, development, and manufacturing.Strong background in mechanical weapon systems, recoil systems, feed systems, turrets, and RWS.Experience with MIL-STD / NATO STANAG qualification and testing.Senior engineering leadership experience in a defense manufacturer, OEM, or government arsenal.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Weapons Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechatronics.
