Since its establishment, the company has maintained high client satisfaction by prioritizing accurate guidance and personalized support throughout the visa process.Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai, responsible for shaping and executing Esse India’s overall technology vision. The CTO will oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and security, ensuring technology platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing IT and digital transformation strategies, leading technology projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and client experience. The CTO will manage the technology team, mentor staff, set performance standards, and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance service delivery and competitive advantage. This role also involves budget planning, vendor management, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection and industry standards.Qualifications Strong Information Technology expertise with experience in enterprise systems, infrastructure, security, and cloud or hybrid environments.Proven IT Strategy and Business Strategy skills to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives and growth plans.Demonstrated Project Management and Analytical Skills to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize complex technology projects and initiatives.Experience leading technology teams, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.Background in professional services, consulting, immigration, or related domains is an advantage.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Familiarity with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks relevant to client-facing service organizations.
