We are a specialty practice for OCD, anxiety, and ADHD acrossthe lifespan, treating children, adolescents, and adults in our Chicago office and by telehealth acrossPSYPACT states.Role Description This is a full-time Child and Adolescent Therapy role in a hybrid work setting based in Chicago, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents, conduct intake assessments, and develop collaborative treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a consistent caseload, documenting sessions and clinical progress, and coordinating care with schools, medical providers, and other community resources as needed. The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting treatment strategies to best support clients’ goals. The therapist will also participate in regular supervision or consultation, contribute to practice meetings, and uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of care.QualificationsLicensed or license-eligible mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in the state of Illinois, with specific training or experience in child and adolescent therapy.Demonstrated experience using evidence-based modalities for children and adolescents presenting with OCD, ADHD, and anxiety disorders (such as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, ERP, SPACE).Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, including the ability to develop clear treatment plans and track progress toward goals.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging children, adolescents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary providers in a collaborative manner.Ability to manage a full-time caseload, maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, and use electronic health record systems efficiently.Commitment to culturally responsive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and identities.Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field; prior outpatient or private practice experience is preferred.Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including in-person sessions in Lakeview and remote telehealth services when appropriate.Compensation & BenefitsCCBH offers competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
