Child And Adolescent Therapist

MAPP Behavioral Health is growing! We're looking for a warm, collaborative Licensed Therapist to join our integrated care team. We provide short- and longer-term therapy, behavioral health consults, and psychological evaluations to children, teens, and families in partnership with two thriving pediatric offices.Make a Lasting Impact:Deliver individual, family, or group therapy to youth experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges.Offer brief parent coaching and behavior-focused consultations.Collaborate with pediatricians for integrated, team-based care.Maintain availability for at least two evenings per week and Saturday morning coverage.Who We’re Looking For:Licensed in Maryland (Psychologist, LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT)1–3 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and familiesSkilled in short-term interventions and evidence-based treatmentExcellent communication and collaborative mindsetComfortable in a hybrid model (in-person + telehealth)What We Offer:Administrative and billing supportSupportive team culture and professional development opportunitiesFlexible, mission-aligned work environment

Location: Hybrid (Germantown & North Bethesda, MD)Schedule: Full or Part Time, evenings and/or Saturday mornings requiredCompensation is based on collected revenue through a productivity-based model.

Actual income may vary depending on caseload, payer mix, and services delivered.Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
