Their services support organizational leaders, team leaders, HR and OD managers, learning officers, and HR/talent development consultants.Role Description This full-time, on-site Chinese Operations role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role focuses on supporting and coordinating Transform Talent’s operational activities related to Chinese-speaking clients and partners, including managing day-to-day workflows, ensuring smooth delivery of coaching and assessment services, and maintaining accurate operational records. The successful candidate will monitor and optimize operational processes, support sales and client engagement activities, and assist with planning and executing projects linked to leadership development programs. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, preparing reports and analyses for operations performance, and facilitating clear communication between London-based stakeholders and Chinese markets. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, supporting the development of localized materials, and helping maintain high service standards for clients.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively across cultures and languages; proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly beneficial.Sales-related capabilities, such as supporting business development initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and assisting with proposals for Chinese-speaking clients.Operations Management experience to handle daily workflows, optimize processes, manage resources, and maintain quality standards.Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope.Previous experience working with international or China-related operations is an advantage.Familiarity with leadership development, coaching, HR, or professional services environments is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
