We want someone who is curious about our clients' businesses, understands why we're doing the work, contributes ideas and increasingly becomes someone clients and colleagues can rely on.You'll also have the opportunity to support and guide junior colleagues as you progress.What you'll be doingClient & project managementIndependently manage smaller client accounts, projects and workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong organisation and measurable resultsBuild trusted relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness and sound judgementDevelop a strong understanding of clients' businesses, commercial objectives and target audiencesPresent ideas and recommendations confidently to clients and colleaguesChinese PR & contentDevelop and draft Chinese press releases, articles, social content, presentations and other campaign materialsBuild relationships with relevant Chinese media and support media outreachEnsure Chinese-language communications are culturally relevant, persuasive and written to a consistently high standardUse AI intelligently as a professional tool while retaining strong independent writing, editing and critical-thinking skillsChinese social media & influencersSupport and manage client channels across platforms including RedNote (Xiaohongshu) and WeChatDevelop content ideas and contribute to Chinese digital and social strategiesIdentify and coordinate appropriate Chinese influencers and KOLsManage influencer campaigns from briefing and negotiation through to delivery and reportingCampaigns & eventsContribute creative ideas to integrated campaignsSupport the planning and delivery of client events and activationsCoordinate suppliers, influencers and external partners and negotiate effectively where requiredTeam contributionBrief and support junior colleagues, providing clear direction and constructive feedbackCollaborate closely with colleagues across the businessTake ownership when problems arise rather than simply escalating themContribute positively to the culture and continued growth of 11KWe'd love to meet you if you have:Native-level Mandarin Chinese and excellent professional English, both written and spoken3+ years' relevant experience in PR, communications, social media, influencer marketing or digital marketing, agency-side or in-houseExcellent Chinese copywriting and editing skillsStrong knowledge of Chinese social media, digital culture and current communications trendsExperience managing multiple deadlines, projects or client workstreamsConfidence communicating with clients and presenting ideasStrong attention to detail and professional judgementA proactive mindset and genuine sense of ownershipExperience with Xiumi, Canva, CapCut, visual content production and AI tools would be an advantage, but we don't expect one person to be brilliant at everything.More importantly, we're looking for someone who shares the values that guide how we work: Integrity
