The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging Chinese language lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classes for various age groups, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves managing classroom activities, supporting students’ language development, and collaborating with colleagues to integrate Chinese language learning into the holistic education program. The teacher is expected to participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities, while fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.QualificationsNative ChineseCandidates should possess strong skills in Chinese Teaching and Teaching, with experience instructing students of different ages and language levels.Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, age-appropriate, and engaging curriculum materials.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear classroom communication and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent qualification is an advantage.Experience in international or multilingual school settings and familiarity with holistic, student-centered teaching approaches are beneficial.Ability to create an inclusive classroom, support diverse learning needs, and use educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
