The role is responsible for translating and interpreting between Chinese and other working languages (English/Indonesian), supporting effective communication between local teams and Chinese stakeholders. Key responsibilities include translating technical and business documents, interpreting during meetings and site visits, reviewing translated materials, maintaining terminology consistency, and supporting cross-cultural communication across engineering, sales, service, and management teams.Qualifications：-Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English and/or Indonesian, with strong communication and translation skills.-Experience in translation and interpretation; experience in technical, industrial, or construction machinery fields is preferred.-Ability to accurately translate technical and business documents while ensuring clarity and consistency.-Strong cross-cultural communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with translation tools is preferred.-A background in languages, translation, or related fields is preferred.-Experience in international companies or the engineering/machinery industry is an advantage.-Willingness to work on-site in Balikpapan with strong professionalism and confidentiality.
