Chinese Translator

This role will serve as a communication bridge between our local project team and the Chinese EPC contractor, supporting daily coordination, interpretation, translation, and overall project execution.Key Responsibilities- Provide Mandarin ↔ English/Indonesian interpretation during meetings, site discussions, and daily communications.- Translate project documents, technical drawings, reports, specifications, emails, and correspondence.- Coordinate communication between the Owner, Civil Engineers, Design Team, and Chinese EPC Contractor.- Prepare meeting minutes, monitor action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.- Assist with project documentation, filing, and document control.- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.- Support procurement, administration, and other project-related activities when Chinese language assistance is required.- Perform other duties assigned by Management.Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.- Candidates based in the Semarang area are preferred.- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese), both spoken and written.- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Willing to be based in Central Java and travel to the project site when required.Send us your CV and Portfoliorecruitmentsemarang@mutualplus.co.idSubject : Chinese Translator
