Job Description

Provide Mandarin-Thai consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for communication between the company and Government, ensuring accurate transmission of information during meetings, negotiations, training sessions, and on-site operational briefings.Undertake document translation, including but not limited to: BOI application materials, factory construction permits, equipment import customs clearance documents, labor contracts, SOP work instructions, commercial contracts, and email correspondence.Assist in preparing bilingual meeting minutes and track follow-up actions on resolved matters.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Translation, Linguistics, International Trade, Engineering Management, or a related field.Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Chinese language (HSK Level 5 / equivalent) and Thai Language (fluent in both written and spoken) — capable of business-level interpretation and translation. Good English skills (CET-4/6 or equivalent) is a plus for handling technical documentation or international client correspondence. Holding translation-related certifications (e.g., CATTI, Thai Professional Level 8, Thai Language Proficiency Test) is preferred.Work Experience: 1+ years of Chinese-Thai translation or project coordination experience.Experience in manufacturing, factory construction, warehousing/logistics, or international trade is preferred.Experience with Thai BOI project applications, work permit/visa processing, and government liaison is highly preferred.Budget: 50,000 – 70,000 THB/month
