This reputation for excellence makes the clinic a trusted provider for chronic pain management in the community.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chiropractor role based at North Star Medical’s clinic in White Bear Lake, MN. The Chiropractor will provide patient-centered chiropractic care, including conducting thorough assessments, reviewing medical histories, and performing orthopedic and neurological exams. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, performing spinal and joint adjustments, and collaborating with the integrative medical team to support comprehensive pain management. The role involves educating patients on musculoskeletal health, posture, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term relief and functional improvement. The Chiropractor will document all care accurately in patient records and participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives within the clinic.QualificationsClinical expertise in the spine and musculoskeletal system, with the ability to assess and diagnose pain and functional limitations.Demonstrated proficiency in chiropractic care and adjustments, including manual therapies and related techniques.Strong foundation in medicine and integrative care principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution and active, unrestricted chiropractic license (or eligibility) in Minnesota.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered care.Solid clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records.Experience treating chronic pain conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches/migraines, sciatica, and joint disorders is highly beneficial.Ability to work full-time on-site, manage a consistent patient schedule, and contribute positively to a collaborative clinic environment.
