If you are ambitious, results driven and passionate about chocolate and delivering authentic exceptional guest service, then this is your opportunity to join our Ed Square Max Team as a Chocolate Café Manager!About The RoleIn the role of Chocolate Café Manager at Max Brenner, a day in your life will include:Manage the execution of our daily operations and running of the store including store cleanliness and presentationManage the planning and execution of the store including but not limited to rosters and marketing promotionsLead by example and drive our Team Members to deliver memorable guest service and experienceManage our people related tasks including recruitment, training and development, coaching, feedback and performance managementDeliver on set sales budgets and manage labour spend, stock levels and other controllable expensesBuild morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valuedEnsure all Max Brenner golden standards are upheld at all timesManage, prepare and serve dessert menu items including but not limited to our famous Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue and decadent Pizzas to the highest standardManage, prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and decadent milkshakes to the highest standardComplete in-house training to keep you up to dateAbout YouTo be successful in the role of Chocolate Café Manager at Max Brenner, you will have:Previous management experience of minimum 2 years is essentialPrevious hospitality or retail experience is essentialExceptional customer service skillsAbility to lead and effectively communicate with a teamEnergetic, positive and guest focused with can-do attitudePassion for hospitality and love the energy that the industry bringsEnjoy creating memorable experiences for all our guestsDriven to provide exceptional guest service at all timesAbility to work well collaboratively as part of a team
