Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process chocolate according to production recipes and specifications.Perform chocolate melting, tempering, molding, filling, and decorating.Prepare chocolate fillings, ganache, and various chocolate-based products.Operate and maintain chocolate production equipment.Ensure product consistency, quality, and proper finishing.Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.Maintain a clean and organized production area.Meet daily production targets and deadlines.Minimize product waste and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
