Selected choreographers may be assigned to school projects based on their availability, experience and project requirements.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESChoreograph theme-based dance-drama productions for school Annual DaysCreate approximately 6–7 choreographies per projectDevelop choreography that complements the story, theme and overall productionTrain school students across different age groups and skill levelsConduct rehearsals and prepare students for stage performanceCreate formations, transitions and stage movementsCoordinate with Drama Trainers, Creative Directors and the Production TeamAdapt choreography according to stage, student strength, costumes and production requirementsMaintain discipline, punctuality and a positive rehearsal environmentContribute creatively to the overall presentation and impact of the productionREQUIREMENTSExperience in school Annual Day / dance-drama productionsStrong choreography and student-training skillsAbility to create creative, theme-based and story-driven choreographyGood understanding of stage formations and transitionsComfortable handling groups of school studentsGood communication and professional disciplineAbility to work collaboratively with a larger creative teamWillingness to travel up to approximately 25 km for school projectsComfortable travelling to locations such as Electronic City, Whitefield and other Bengaluru areasPROJECT DETAILSRole: Annual Day ChoreographerEngagement: Project-BasedProject Duration: Approximately 20 working daysProject Period: November 2026 | December 2026 | January 2027Choreographies: Approximately 6–7 per projectCompensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000, based on experience and skill level
