Requirement2 – 3 years of relevant experience in study abroad consulting.Strong professional knowledge of Australian & New Zealand education and immigration policies.Proactive attitude with the ability to independently research and stay updated on study abroad policies, scholarships, and immigration regulations across various countries.Proven experience in study abroad consulting (Australia and New Zealand markets are highly preferred), with excellent persuasion and closing skills to successfully convert consultations into signed consultation contracts.Good presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.Strong sense of responsibility and a passion for continuous learning.2. Main responsibilitiesReceive client inquiries and proactively contact parents/students to provide personalized study abroad consultation based on their needs and objectives.Advise clients on study pathways, migration pathways, suitable courses, educational institutions, and scholarship opportunities (mainly focus in Australia and New Zealand).Guide clients through the application process, explain visa requirements, and effectively persuade parents to sign the consultation service contract with Doslink.Collaborate closely with the Document Analyst team to support students and families throughout the entire process, including document preparation, school enrollment, and settlement in Australia.Participate in training sessions, workshops, and events organized by educational organisations, education providers, and migration partners.Support the marketing team in organizing and delivering study abroad and migration seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional events.Learn about all services within the Doslink ecosystem to proactively introduce cross-services and provide support to other departments as needed.
