Cigarette Production Line Worker / Cigarette Sales Representative

Position OverviewWe are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and sales-focused Cigarette Production Line Worker / Cigarette Sales Representative to support manufacturing operations and product sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict production, quality, safety, and sales procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor cigarette production, packing, labeling, and packaging machinery.Assist with production line activities and ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications.Inspect products and packaging for quality, quantity, labeling, and presentation standards.Identify and report production defects, equipment issues, material shortages, and other abnormalities.Perform basic machine cleaning, adjustments, and routine maintenance as required.Maintain accurate production records, quality checks, material usage, and packaging records.Follow workplace safety, hygiene, quality control, and company operating procedures.Promote and sell assigned tobacco products to approved customers, retailers, distributors, and business accounts where permitted.Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.Provide accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and order details to customers.Process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on customer requirements.Monitor stock levels, product displays, sales activities, and market feedback.Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and management teams to support efficient product supply.Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.Maintain accurate sales, customer, inventory, and activity records.Ensure all production and sales activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and age-restriction requirements.Requirements & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Production Line Worker, Factory Operator, Sales Representative, Tobacco Sales Representative, or similar role.Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, distribution, or sales would be an advantage.Basic knowledge of production machinery, packaging processes, or quality inspection is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Sales-oriented with good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Good organizational and record-keeping skills.Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or commercial environment.Physically fit and able to perform repetitive production tasks when required.Good computer skills and familiarity with sales or inventory systems would be an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required.Relevant manufacturing, sales, or technical qualifications would be an advantage.Fluent English required; additional languages would be an advantage.
