Team members join a company that is at the forefront of metaverse disruption, shaping the future of digital interaction and immersive experiences.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cinematographer role based in Noida. The Cinematographer will plan and execute visual storytelling for metaverse-related video content, including concept films, product demos, marketing assets, and immersive experience showcases. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras, selecting lenses and framing shots, designing lighting setups, and collaborating closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to achieve the desired visual style. The role involves coordinating with production teams, managing equipment, ensuring consistent image quality across shoots, and adapting techniques to both traditional and virtual production environments. The Cinematographer will also contribute to pre-production planning, on-set problem-solving, and post-production reviews to maintain high visual standards aligned with VYUG’s brand and immersive experiences.QualificationsStrong skills in Camera Operation and Cinematography, with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visuals.Experience in Video Production and Film Production, including planning shoots, coordinating with crew, and working within timelines and budgets.Proficiency in Lighting for studio, on-location, and experimental/metaverse environments, with an understanding of how light affects mood and storytelling.Familiarity with digital cinema cameras, lenses, rigs, and related production equipment, and the ability to maintain and troubleshoot gear.Experience collaborating with directors, producers, editors, and VFX or virtual production teams in a fast-paced creative environment.Working knowledge of post-production workflows, color grading basics, and file formats to support smooth handoff to editing teams.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and adapt to new technologies and experimental visual formats.Relevant education or training in film, media, visual arts, or a related field; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematography work is strongly preferred.
