The team is committed to innovation in both education and technology, inviting professionals who want to help shape the future of learning to join their mission.Role Description The CDIP Faculty (Human Resources) role is a full-time remote position responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and mentorship in HR-related modules under the CDIP program. Day-to-day tasks include planning and facilitating online classes, developing and updating curriculum materials, creating assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The faculty member will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align course content with industry standards, support learner engagement, and contribute to continuous program improvement. Additional responsibilities include tracking learner progress, conducting review sessions, and participating in virtual meetings or training as required.Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources concepts, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and delivering online or blended learning programs.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups in a virtual environment.Proficiency with learning management systems, online collaboration tools, and basic data analysis for tracking learner outcomes.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Prior teaching, corporate training, or academic mentoring experience is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with remote teams.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices and continuous professional development.
