Who are we? Blue Sky Professional Development are a Platinum CIPD Centre based in Norwich, UK delivering levels 3, 5 and 7 to students across East Anglia from venues in Norwich and Colchester. We also offer ILM Leadership and Management programmes.Job Role - CIPD Tutor – Norwich and/or ColchesterThe role involves delivering CIPD programmes, facilitating workshops in-person in Norwich and/or Colchester, assessing student work, and supporting learners through tutorials.✅ HR experience essential✅ CIPD qualification preferred✅ Teaching qualification not required✅ Some training or facilitation experience desirable✅ Flexible commitment – from 4 days per year to 4 days per monthIf you're passionate about developing future HR professionals and would like a flexible tutoring opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
