Role Title: Cisco Telephony & Video Conferencing Team LeadDuration: contract to run until 31/12/2027

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

Fully onsite, 5 days per weekRate: up to £869.40 p/d Umbrella inside IR35Clearance required: Active SC Clearance and Sole UK NationalRole purpose / summaryAdvanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco video conferencing (CMS, Expressways, B2B, MRA)Advanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco VC Endpoints different models (Room, SX,personal, EQ , Webex & Board series)Advanced knowledge & Hands on room peripherals (room navigators,barco, Displays)Advanced knowledge of video codecs & Encryption algorithmsAdvanced knowledge of Cisco Telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS, TRP)Good knowledge of licensing models & certificates.Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols, security as well as system administration.Knowledge of VMwareCCNP VoiceTeam Management/ People Skills....etc

Responsibilities

Resolve Level 2 Telephony / Video Conferencing Oriented IncidentsSupport hardware or application tshooting.Respond to customer escalationsParticipate in Telephony / Videoconferencing ProjectsAssist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.Ensure the sanity of the Telephony / Videoconferencing infrastructure.Management of the local team and sharing of skills.Vendor & L3 escalations when needed.All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
