Advanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco video conferencing (CMS, Expressways, B2B, MRA)Advanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco VC Endpoints different models ( Room, SX, personal, EQ , Webex & Board series)Advanced knowledge & Hands on room peripherals (room navigators, Barco, Displays )Advanced knowledge of video codecs & Encryption algorithmsAdvanced knowledge of Cisco Telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS, TRP)Good knowledge of licensing models & certificates.Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols , security as well as system administration.Knowledge of VMwareCCNP VoiceTeam Management/ People Skills....etc

Responsibilities

Resolve Level 2 Telephony / Video Conferencing Oriented IncidentsSupport hardware or application trouble shooting.Respond to customer escalationsParticipate in Telephony / Videoconferencing ProjectsAssist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.Ensure the sanity of the Telephony / Videoconferencing infrastructure.Management of the local team and sharing of skills.Vendor & L3 escalations when needed.
