Company Description Love Life USA is a faith-based organization focused on uniting and mobilizing churches to end abortion and the orphan crisis. The organization leads a 40-week “Journey of Hope,” during which volunteers and partner churches gather monthly for peaceful prayer walks at abortion center mission fields. This journey symbolizes the timeline of life in the womb, from conception to birth, and serves as a sustained call to action through their Hear, Pray, Go, Connect model.Role Description The City Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a mix of on-site community engagement and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees local strategy, outreach, and operations to grow Love Life USA’s presence and impact in the Bay Area. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with church leaders, community partners, and volunteers; organizing and leading monthly prayer walks; and coordinating communication and follow-up to ensure consistent participation. The City Director develops and manages city-level plans and budgets, tracks progress toward goals, and reports on outcomes to national leadership. Additional responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, fundraising, representing the organization at local meetings and gatherings, and collaborating with internal teams to align city initiatives with overall organizational priorities.QualificationsBorn again believer in Jesus Christ, matute in the faithExperience and skills in Economic Development and Business Development to cultivate partnerships and expand community impact.Strong Project Management and Budgeting abilities to plan initiatives, manage resources, and deliver programs on time and within budget.Proficiency in Strategic Planning to set city-level goals, design outreach strategies, and measure results.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with Churches, nonprofits, and local stakeholders.Proven leadership and team coordination skills, including volunteer recruitment, training, and oversight.Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and perspectives.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area community landscape; prior experience in ministry, social services, or nonprofit work is beneficial
