Lead end-to-end fleet operations, ensuring high asset uptime, operational readiness, and service excellenceOversee supply chain & logistics operations including demand forecasting, procurement planning, vendor management, and material optimizationDevelop and enforce SOPs, audit frameworks, and compliance mechanisms across operationsBuild and track KPI dashboards (Excel / Power BI) for uptime, cost metrics, procurement cycle time, and performance monitoringConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and deploy corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)The role requires frequent travels for operational requirement & Cluster-level performance tracking and reportingWho You Are:Engineering background (Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Production preferred) with an MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management.4+ years of experience in Operations, Fleet Management & Supply ChainProven track record managing large-scale assets, budgets & multi-location operationsStrong expertise in maintenance planning, reliability & operational readinessExperience driving cost optimization & process efficiency.
