Civil 3D BIM Modeler – Infrastructure

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Civil 3D Infrastructure Modeler to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will develop and maintain Civil 3D models for roads, cycle tracks, grading, and site infrastructure, translating approved engineering information and survey data into coordinated deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and update Civil 3D models for roads, cycle tracks, grading, and site infrastructure using approved engineering information and verified survey data.Create surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, feature lines, and sections; prepare coordinated shop drawings, quantities, and as-built deliverables.Model drainage and utility networks as required by the project scope, and coordinate interfaces with landscape, structural, MEP, and existing services.Check coordinates, levels, slopes, and drawing outputs/revisions; flag clashes and design discrepancies for resolution by the responsible engineers.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.2–5 years of Civil 3D experience on roads, infrastructure, drainage, or external works projects.Practical experience with surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, sections, and survey coordinates.Ability to produce accurate construction drawings and coordinate model changes with engineers, surveyors, and site teams.
