Civil Design Engineer (EMIRATI)

We are hiring a 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 for an exciting opportunity.This role is suited to a civil engineering professional with strong design and planning experience who can connect technical design, site conditions, construction requirements, and authority expectations to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Develop and challenge civil design solutions across site development, access, drainage, foundations, earthworks, and associated external infrastructure.-Translate geotechnical findings, groundwater conditions, flood considerations, and site constraints into practical engineering solutions that reduce delivery risk.-Work closely with construction and project teams to ensure design packages support sequencing, temporary works, site access, and overall project schedules.-Coordinate civil interfaces with utilities, multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and external authorities to avoid clashes and design gaps.-Provide technical support during construction by evaluating site issues, responding to design queries, and recommending practical modifications where required.-Improve design quality and constructability through technical reviews, risk identification, value engineering, and lessons learned from project delivery.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.-5+ years of experience in civil design, engineering planning, or project engineering roles.-Strong technical knowledge across earthworks, drainage, roads, foundations, geotechnical considerations, and stormwater management.-Experience coordinating technical work with engineering consultants, contractors, project teams, and relevant authorities.-Proficiency with civil design software such as: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar platforms, combined with strong coordination and problem solving skills.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠This is a strong opportunity to work across the full civil engineering lifecycle, from early design and site planning through construction support, while contributing to technically complex and high impact infrastructure projects.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲If you have a strong civil design background and enjoy solving practical engineering challenges across complex project environments, we would love to hear from you.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
