🚨 WE ARE HIRING | CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER – SUBSTATION📍 Location: Dubai, UAE – Regional Design Hub 🏢 POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. – Dubai Branch 🌍 Projects: Middle East & AfricaUAE Experience MandatoryWe are looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer – Substation to join our Dubai Regional Design Hub and support HV/EHV AIS/GIS substation projects across the Middle East and Africa.⚡ IMPORTANT: Strong hands-on SUBSTATION CIVIL DESIGN experience is MANDATORY.Candidates with only general building, infrastructure, construction, or site supervision experience will not be considered.🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform civil and structural design for HV/EHV AIS/GIS substations.
• Design transformer/equipment foundations, control buildings, cable trenches/pits and other substation structures.
• Prepare/review substation layouts, grading, roads, drainage and underground civil works.
• Perform/review RCC and structural steel calculations and drawings.
• Review geotechnical data, design calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Primary, Secondary, Electrical, MEP and other engineering disciplines.
• Support tender, detailed design and EPC execution stages.🔹 REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Strong HV/EHV substation civil design experience – MANDATORY.
• Experience with AIS and/or GIS substations.
• Experience in transformer/equipment foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, drainage and roads.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design.
• EPC / engineering consultancy / power transmission / utility project experience.
• Proficiency in relevant civil/structural design software.
