Guided by our E.A.R.T.H. values, we encourage Pinnaclites to embrace innovation, celebrate individuality, and grow together.Website: https://pinnacleinfotech.com/Job SummaryWe are seeking fresh Civil Engineering graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience, of Saudi nationality, who have a strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM).This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in civil and structural BIM, digital construction, engineering design, and multidisciplinary project coordination while working on international projects and with experienced BIM professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing accurate 3D BIM models for civil and structural elements.Support the preparation of engineering drawings, shop drawings, layout drawings, and detailed design documentation.Assist in modelling structural components such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other building elements.Participate in BIM coordination and clash-detection activities with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure engineering and design requirements are accurately reflected in BIM models.Update BIM models and drawings based on design revisions, technical inputs, and project requirements.Assist with quantity take-offs, model reviews, and preparation of project deliverables.Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, engineering codes, BIM guidelines, and quality requirements.Support project teams in identifying and resolving modelling and coordination issues.Maintain proper documentation and follow established BIM workflows and processes.RequirementsSaudi nationality is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible.Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, structural systems, construction methods, and detailing.Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or Civil 3D is preferred.Strong interest in BIM, digital construction, and engineering technology.Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn new BIM tools, standards, and workflows.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Candidates with academic projects, internships, certifications, or practical exposure to BIM software will be preferred.What We OfferStructured BIM training and professional development programme.Exposure to international projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Opportunity to work with advanced BIM and digital construction technologies.Career growth opportunities in civil and structural BIM.Competitive salary and employee benefits.Professional, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
