The company also specializes in renovations that enhance property value and give existing spaces a renewed character, serving clients who seek both new developments and upgrades.Job PurposeSupport site operations and technical tasks by monitoring day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, safety standards, and quality specifications under the direction of senior engineers.Key Responsibilitieso Assist senior site engineers in supervising day-to-day site execution and contractor activities.o Review structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand project requirements prior to execution.o Inspect site work for alignment with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.o Coordinate with site foremen and subcontractors to support smooth workflow and daily activity targets.o Prepare daily site logs, progress summaries, and inspection requests (RFIs/MIRs).o Monitor on-site material deliveries and verify basic storage and quality conditions.o Strictly follow and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all assigned site tasks.o Perform any other job-related duties or tasks assigned by the direct manager, as required by business needs.Requirements & Qualifications Education Level Bachelor's degree required Field of Study Civil Engineering Years of Experience Fresh Graduate (0–1 year of experience or completed co-op training) Professional Certifications (if any) Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation (Required) Skills & Competencies:o Solid understanding of core civil engineering principles and construction materialso Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprintso High eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in site environmentso Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetOther Requirementso Fluent in Arabic and Englisho Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)o Flexibility to work on-site as required by project locations
