Civil Engineer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer/Technician with at least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of technical drawings, site inspections, and coordination activities required to support ongoing project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and site plans.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.Support daily site coordination between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Report site issues, delays, and material requirements to the project engineer or supervisor.Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and authority guidelines.Maintain documentation related to site activities, inspections, and work progress.Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving on‑site challenges.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, real estate, or interior fit‑out projects.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and construction materials.Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare basic reports.Strong communication and coordination skills.
