Civil Engineer-Fresh Graduate (Saudi National Only)

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in planning, coordinating, and supervising civil engineering and construction activities.Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other technical documents.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, measurements, and material requirements.Monitor project activities and support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.Support inspections, testing, snagging, and handover activities.Maintain accurate engineering records, reports, drawings, and project documentation.Assist in identifying and resolving technical and site-related issues under the supervision of senior engineers.Support compliance with applicable quality, health, safety, environmental, and engineering requirements.Participate in project meetings and follow up on assigned technical actions.Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by the line manager.QualificationsSaudi National – Required.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Fresh graduateRegistered with, or eligible for registration with, the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or Primavera P6 is an advantage.Good command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal.Willingness to work at project/construction sites when required.
