(9 working hours / day + 1 hour lunch break)Role summary:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and maintenance projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage site teams, control project costs, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Diploma holders / Civil Engineers with relevant UAE/GCC/India experience are also encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects across residential villas and commercial properties.Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and prepare technical recommendations.Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, material estimates, and project cost estimations.Develop project budgets and monitor project costs throughout execution to ensure profitability.Track labour, material, subcontractor, and miscellaneous project expenses against approved budgets.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines.Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.Lead and supervise site technicians, subcontractors, and labour teams.Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.Coordinate closely with the Project Coordinator, purchasing team, and Operations department to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure timely procurement of materials and optimize resource utilization.Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, variation reports, and project documentation.Maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring a professional representation of the company.RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or 10 years hand-on experience.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.Proven experience managing residential villa and commercial fit-out works.Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and construction methods.Experience in conducting site surveys, quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimation, and project cost management.Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, procurement coordination, and resource planning.Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Good spoken and written English.Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.Mandatory RequirementsFit-out or maintenance projects.Experience managing site teams, daily operations, and project cost control.Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Coordinators, Procurement, and Operations teams.Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.What We OfferReferral incentives.30 days paid annual leave once in 2 years + Company provided air ticket for holiday to home country.Company visa and medical insurance.Company vehicle (as applicable).Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing facility management company.Professional and supportive work environment.
