Team members collaborate across disciplines to improve health outcomes and enhance the client experience in a modern healthcare setting.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer / Technical Coordinator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position involves coordinating civil engineering activities for healthcare facilities and related infrastructure, ensuring that designs meet regulatory, safety, and operational standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and developing civil engineering designs, supporting planning and layout of site works, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align technical requirements with project goals. The role also includes overseeing stormwater management solutions, monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The Civil Engineer / Technical Coordinator is expected to support project timelines, maintain quality standards, and contribute to efficient, compliant facility operations.Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to building and infrastructure projects in healthcare settingsExperience working as Civil Engineers with responsibility for technical coordination and site supervisionPlanning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related regulatory and environmental requirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certification or license is an advantageFamiliarity with local building codes, health facility standards, and UAE regulatory frameworksProficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skillsAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a diverse, multidisciplinary teamExperience in healthcare, laboratory, or clinical facility projects is an asset
